How to Host a Tournament
Interested in hosting a tournament? We’re here to help make it happen! To get started, please reach out to us by emailing ncpa.official.contact@gmail.com with the following details:
Required Information
- College/Organization Name: Let us know which college or organization you represent.
- Type of Tournament: Are you looking to run a fundraiser, general tournament, league? If none of these, please specify.
- Contact Information:
- Primary Contact Name
- Email Address
- Phone Number (optional, if you’d like us to call you directly)
- Proposed Date(s): When are you planning to host the tournament? Please specify preferred dates and any flexibility.
- Location: Let us know where you’d like to hold the event. If you haven’t secured a venue, mention if you need assistance with planning.
- Expected Number of Participants: A rough estimate of the total expected teams/players as well as total people helping run the tournament.
- Additional Information For You:
- We need a tournament director running the event and their contact information to be available to all players during the event... An NCPA rep will be on call to assist with any questions in the days leading up the tournament and during the event.
- Marketing for the tournament the NCPA will assist with especially collegiate fundraisers.
- Balls and paddles will be provided for select events. *quantities vary due to locations and sizes of events*
