We've helped universities raise thousands through effortless fundraiser tournaments. You handle registrations—we run the event, optimize fundraising, and provide paddles. Simple, seamless, and profitable.

NCPA charges $10 per player. Universities set their own bracket fee (minimum $20 per player) and keep 100% of those funds.
Universities create their own flyer and receive the NCPA logo to feature. NCPA shares the flyer on Instagram to boost event promotion.
If at least 50 players are registered one week before the tournament, NCPA sends $100–$200 paddles to support the event.
Pool play into single elimination with five different brackets: men's/women's doubles, men's/women's singles, mixed doubles, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels for each.
Clubs must assign a tournament director to manage check-in, brackets, and player questions. They run the tournament as a 'Host' in NCPA software, with an NCPA rep on call for support.
Strongly recommend running raffles or giveaways to boost fundraising, involving local sponsors.
